 No one can beat the location of the Pacific Regency, especially if you want
to go shopping. You may take your pick from Harrison Plaza, SM Manila or Robinson's Place. Commute to school will never be
a hassle especially when universities like De La Salle University, College o fSt. Benilde, and St. Scholastica's Collage are
close at hand. For entertainment, the Aliw Theater and the Cultural Center of the Philippines is the place to catch performers
in an intimate venue. And transportation, whether on private car or public commute won't be a pain anymore as the location
is accessible to the LRT and major roads such as Roxas Boulevard, Taft Avenue, Macapagal Avenue and South Superhighway.
